Who We Are
Your financial future deserves more than guesswork. Discover the people and purpose behind TRG Financial — where modern technology meets more than a decade of expertise.
The TRG Story
The Rollins Group (TRG Financial) was founded to bring the discipline of institutional financial advice to individual households. As a Texas state-registered investment advisory firm, TRG offers a client-centered planning experience built on clear scope, transparent fees, and fiduciary responsibility.
We work with individuals and families — particularly dual-income households balancing retirement saving against the cost of raising and educating children. Every engagement is scoped to your circumstances and documented in writing before we begin.
At TRG, the work is education first: we want you to understand the decision, not just receive the recommendation.
Our Mission
To provide clear, well-documented financial guidance that helps individuals and families make confident, informed decisions about their future.
Core Values
Client First: Your goals drive the engagement.
Integrity: We act with honesty and transparency in all we do.
Education: We explain the reasoning, not just the recommendation.
Accountability: We do what we say we will do, and we document it.
Trust: Built over time through reliable, consistent service.
Meet TRG
Breion Rollins, QKA®, CPFA®, SPHR®
Founder and Sole Proprietor
Breion Rollins has spent more than a decade helping people turn complex financial decisions into clear, confident action. He founded TRG Financial to do what its name stands for — Teach, Reflect, Grow — guiding individuals and families through education-first planning.
His perspective is shaped by:
A multi-disciplinary background. Retirement-plan credentials (QKA®, CPFA®) paired with senior-level human resources and benefits experience (SPHR®), spanning compensation, benefits, risk, and long-term planning.
Institutional experience. Six years as a consultant at Multnomah Group advising institutional retirement plans — technical depth now applied to household financial decisions.
A family focus. A husband and father of two, Breion believes financial planning matters most when it strengthens families and communities.
Outside of TRG, Breion is involved in several non-advisory ventures, including Creators Guild HTX. These activities do not involve securities recommendations and are disclosed in TRG’s Form ADV Part 2B.
His guiding promise:
“Clarity today. Wealth for generations.”
